Ukraine: Russia Launches Drone Attack Overnight

Ukrainian air forces reported on Saturday that "Russia launched 17 drones overnight in an attempt to bomb areas in the north, central, and southern parts of the country." The air forces added that they "shot down 15 Iranian-made Shahed drones." Meanwhile, the Deputy Governor of the Khmelnytskyi region in western Ukraine reported that "two people were injured and dozens of buildings were damaged due to a wave of explosions." Zhytomyr Governor Vitaliy Bunechko noted that "regional officials are still assessing the damage caused by the Russian forces targeting an unspecified infrastructure facility."
