The Counter-Terrorism Service in Iraqi Kurdistan reported that a Turkish drone strike killed two members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the Kurdish town of Raniya on Monday. The statement noted that two PKK fighters were injured in the attack. Kurdish security sources indicated that the strike targeted a group of PKK fighters in Raniya, located 130 kilometers northeast of the city of Sulaymaniyah in Iraqi Kurdistan.
