What Are the US and UK Spy On?

Social media users circulated a map showing the activity of American and British reconnaissance aircraft between October last month and November this month in the Eastern Mediterranean. The map, shared by the Orion Intel account on the "X" platform, stated that "since the beginning of the war between Israel and Hamas, the United States and the United Kingdom have closely monitored the region through a heavy presence of ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) flights in the Eastern Mediterranean." It further clarified that "the map shows flight activities over the region from October 15 to November 5, 2023."
