Stanisław Żaryn, the spokesperson for the Polish minister coordinating special services and government representative for information space security, stated that Poland is not related to the explosions that affected the Nord Stream pipelines. Żaryn added in a tweet: "For several months, various theories and hypotheses about this issue have been discussed. This resembles information noise tactics aimed at distorting the true picture of events." At the same time, Żaryn claims that Russia has an alleged motive for committing these terrorist attacks.
Poland had no connections to the destruction of Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2. Linking Poland to these events is baseless. The hypothesis remains that the explosions may have been carried out by Russia, which had the motive and capability to execute such an operation.
His comments come in response to recent Western reports about Poland’s potential involvement in the explosions, where the Wall Street Journal mentioned that German investigators are examining evidence suggesting Poland was used as a base for attacks on the Nord Stream pipelines. The investigative data, according to the newspaper, indicated that Poland was a logistical and funding hub for those attacks. The Western newspaper emphasized that Poland, which is conducting its investigations, has been trying for months to ascertain what information Germany has regarding the Nord Stream explosions. Conversely, the newspaper noted that the Polish national security representative does not deny the involvement of some Polish companies in the terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream pipelines.
