Kanaan: Start with the 2024 Budget and Then Tell Us About Reform

Deputy Ibrahim Kanaan pointed out today, Wednesday, that "at the end of 2023, what is the benefit of the 2023 budget? Where is the 2024 budget? What has happened to the auditing of your financial accounts from 1993 to today and the criminal investigation into the accounts of the Central Bank of Lebanon?" Kanaan wrote on his official account on the "X" application, saying: "We learned that after four years of collapse, you have not started auditing the accounts and assets of banks and the state, and you want a law to continue the extinction of the mandatory reserve, financial regularity without money, restructuring without official numbers, and a deposit fund without deposits?!" He concluded: "Start from here... and then tell us about the reform!"
