Jordan's King Arrives in Abu Dhabi for Official Visit

King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan arrived in Abu Dhabi today, Tuesday, for an official visit. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, was at the forefront to welcome him upon his arrival at Al Bateen Airport in Abu Dhabi, along with the accompanying delegation. A Jordanian royal aircraft was escorted by fighter jets upon entering the airspace of the UAE to honor and welcome the king. The visit of the Jordanian king to the UAE comes in response to an invitation from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as part of the mutual commitment to continue strengthening the established fraternal relations between the two countries and their strategic cooperation to serve their visions for sustainable development and prosperity, along with the aspirations of their peoples for a future of greater growth and progress.
