Israel Summons Spanish Ambassador for Reprimand

Israel summoned the Spanish ambassador for reprimand after Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez stated on Thursday that he doubts Israel respects international humanitarian law in the Gaza Strip. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he instructed the foreign minister to summon the Spanish ambassador for reprimand "after the shameful statements made by the Spanish Prime Minister on the same day that Hamas terrorists killed Israelis in our capital Jerusalem." Two armed members of Hamas killed three people at a bus station in Jerusalem during the morning rush hour on Thursday.
