Army Arrests Robbery and Theft Gang in Marjeyoun

The Army Command – Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement: "On September 25, 2023, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested a citizen (Z.H.) in the Marjeyoun area – Southern Suburbs, for establishing with others a gang that robs citizens and steals motorcycles by force, causing disturbances, firing shots in various places and dates, and engaging in drug use and trafficking." The statement added: "An investigation has begun with the arrested individual under the supervision of the competent judiciary, and efforts are underway to apprehend the other perpetrators."
