The cargo ship "Resilient Africa" arrived at the Bosporus Strait in Turkey today, Thursday. It is the first ship loaded with grain from Ukraine to navigate in and out of the Black Sea through a temporary corridor. Kiev announced that the ship departed from the port of Chernomorsk this week, carrying three thousand tons of grain. Last month, Ukraine announced the opening of a "humanitarian corridor" that allows ships to sail to African and Asian markets, circumventing the effective blockade imposed by Russia on Ukrainian ports after its withdrawal this summer from an agreement that permitted grain exports during the war.
