Artist Expresses the Suffering of Gaza Residents on the Walls of a Shelter

In an attempt to overcome her fears of death, terror, hunger, and loss, a Palestinian girl colored the walls of a shelter in the Gaza Strip. The girl, whose name was not mentioned, used chalk and available drawing tools to create artwork that tells a painful yet resilient story through her drawings.
