According to "Yedioth Ahronoth," on Monday, "42 victims who participated in the nature party in the Ra'im settlement on October 7 are demanding from Israel an amount of 200 million shekels. The lawsuit filed in the Tel Aviv District Court against the Israeli Army, the Ministry of Defense, the Israeli Police, and the Shin Bet states: 'One phone call from military officials to the commander responsible for the party to disperse it immediately in light of the expected risks could have saved their lives and prevented physical and mental injuries to hundreds of party attendees, including the plaintiffs.' The lawsuit concluded: 'The gross negligence and carelessness are incomprehensible.'"
