The Popular Mobilization Forces in Iraq announced today, Monday, the arrest of two terrorists in Kirkuk. A statement from the authority mentioned that "a force from the intelligence of the 61st Brigade affiliated with the Kirkuk and Eastern Tigris Operations Command managed to capture two ISIS terrorists in the Hawija district of Kirkuk province." The statement added, "This came after receiving intelligence information, through which the force was able to arrest the suspects under judicial warrants according to Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law, and they were handed over to the relevant authorities."
