New facts have emerged about Israeli hostage Yocheved Lifshitz (85 years old), who was released by Hamas, particularly regarding her recent video in which she made a point to bid farewell to her captors and greet them. According to reports, the elderly woman is one of the founders of the "Women Make Peace" movement and worked during the incidents to transport the injured and wounded from both sides.
Her remarks have sparked outrage in Israel as she described her treatment by her captors as good. She recounted how her captors transported her on a motorcycle from the Kibbutz "Nir Oz" to the Gaza Strip on October 7, and then to a "network" of tunnels. She accused the Israeli leadership of failures that made her and others "scapegoats," especially since her husband remains among the Hamas hostages in Gaza.
