Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced today, Tuesday, that "Russian missile strikes across Ukraine resulted in the deaths of 18 people and injured more than 130 others." He explained in his evening video address that "more than 200 sites were bombed, including 139 homes." Officials in Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, had earlier stated that eight people were killed in an attack on a residential building.
