U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced today, Wednesday, that the United States will not waver in its support for Ukraine in both the short and long term, despite the Biden administration's funding for Kyiv running out and obstacles to requesting additional funding in the Republican-controlled House of Representatives. Austin stated online, "We will continue our diligent efforts to provide support for Ukraine in both the short and long term," without mentioning the $95.34 billion military aid package for Ukraine and other allies that has not been approved by the House.
