The Israeli military has announced the arrival of Israeli war vessels in the Red Sea following the launch of drones and missiles by the "Houthis" from Yemen towards Israel. In a brief statement, the Israeli army stated, "According to the situational assessment and within the framework of defensive efforts in the region, war vessels belonging to the Israeli navy arrived in the Red Sea area yesterday."
Meanwhile, the military spokesperson for the "Ansar Allah" movement, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced yesterday that "out of a sense of religious, moral, humanitarian, and national responsibility, our armed forces launched a large barrage of ballistic and cruise missiles, along with many drones, targeting various locations of the Israeli enemy in the occupied territories." On the other hand, Israeli army spokesperson Daniel Hagari stated that the Houthis "want to distract us from the battle in the Gaza Strip."
