Egypt Receives "Positive Indicators" Regarding Extension of Ceasefire in Gaza

Egypt indicated today, Saturday, that it has received "positive indicators" from all parties about the possibility of extending the ceasefire in Gaza for one or two more days. The head of the General Authority for Information, Diaa Rashwan, stated in a statement that "Egypt is conducting intensive talks with all parties to reach an agreement to extend the ceasefire between the Israeli and Palestinian sides for an additional one or two days, which would mean the release of more detainees in Gaza and Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails."
