Arrest of Suspects for Burning a Citizen's House in Baghdad

The Federal Intelligence and Investigations Agency in Iraq announced today, Friday, the arrest of two suspects who burned a citizen's house in Baghdad. The agency stated that "its divisions continue their efforts aimed at eliminating terrorist elements and lawbreakers to maintain community safety. The agency's divisions (Federal Police Intelligence Directorate) managed, through exceptional efforts and field monitoring, to arrest the suspects who burned a citizen's house and threatened her sister's house by throwing Molotov cocktails. They also seized a black Land Cruiser vehicle that the suspects were using during their terrorist operations in the eastern side of Baghdad." It added that "during the investigation, they confessed to burning the house and throwing Molotov cocktails," emphasizing that "they have been referred to the relevant authorities to receive their just punishment."
