The U.S. Central Command announced the arrival of the 354th Fighter Squadron equipped with A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft to the Middle East to support the increased posture of U.S. forces. The statement added that these aircraft are in addition to the A-10s from the 75th Fighter Squadron already in the region, without specifying their deployment point.
