Some Xiaomi phone users have reported issues with their devices following the release of the latest operating system updates. According to reports from various media outlets, problems began to surface for some users after the rollout of the recent MIUI 14 and HyperOS updates, with certain phones freezing during the update process and entering a continuous reboot cycle.
Some experts suggest that the issues may have arisen due to changes made by Xiaomi developers in the SystemUI software. Additionally, some tech experts believe the only way to restore normal functionality for phones experiencing these issues is to perform a complete factory reset through the Recovery Menu; however, this will result in the loss of all stored data on the device, which cannot be recovered. Xiaomi has yet to officially comment on the circulating reports regarding these issues.
