Syrian President Bashar Assad, in an exclusive interview with the Russian channel "Soloviev," stated that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was more successful as a comedy actor than as a "leader of the nation." Assad jokingly responded to a question about whether the sanctions imposed by Zelensky had affected him, saying: "They caused me a nervous disorder." The Syrian president added: "He is a comedy actor. That was his profession before the presidency. By the way, he was more successful in the role of a comedy actor, not as a leader of the nation."
