Semi-Final Matches in the Ghantoot International Polo Championship

Tomorrow, Thursday, the semi-final stage of the annual Ghantoot International Polo Championship will kick off at the Ghantoot Club fields, under the patronage of Sheikh Falah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club. Two matches will take place tomorrow in this stage; the first match will be between the Ghantoot Polo team and the Lamar Polo team, while the second match will feature Abu Dhabi Polo against Bin Dri Polo, to determine the two teams that will qualify for the final scheduled for next Sunday. The matches will be officiated by an Argentine international team consisting of Peter Wright, Jason Dixon, and Matias.

Prior to the championship's closing match, there will be a consolation match between the “AM” Polo team and the Behnsali Polo team for the memorial cup presented by Ghantoot for equestrian preparations. Additionally, the organizing committee for the closing ceremony has announced the provision of buses in various areas of Abu Dhabi to transport fans wishing to attend the evening’s festivities and enjoy the celebratory atmosphere surrounding the final, which will include numerous performances and prizes for the spectators.
