The French presidency confirmed that "France and Ukraine will sign a bilateral security agreement tomorrow, Friday." French President Emmanuel Macron was expected to finalize the security agreement in Ukraine this month but postponed the visit for security reasons. The Ukrainian presidency noted that Zelensky will be visiting France and Germany. Macron's office explained that "details of the agreement will be announced during a press conference." The agreement sets a framework for long-term humanitarian and financial aid, in addition to supporting reconstruction and military assistance. Diplomats familiar with the discussions mentioned that France will announce funding of 200 million euros for civil projects to be implemented by French companies.
