Netanyahu: We Will Enter Rafah and Will Not Halt the War

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed today, Thursday, that Israel will continue its attacks on the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) despite increasing international pressure, including in the city of Rafah in southern Gaza Strip. He stated, "There is increasing international pressure, but when international pressure specifically increases, we must unite; we need to stand together against attempts to halt the war." Netanyahu added that the army will carry out operations against Hamas throughout the Strip "including in Rafah, the last bastion of Hamas." He continued, "Those who command us not to act in Rafah are commanding us to lose the war, and that will not happen."
