Putin's New Education Strategy: To Instill Traditional Values

Russian President Vladimir Putin has directed the proposal of a new national education project based on traditional values. This was reported by the Kremlin's website, where the directive to the Presidential Administration of Russia, in cooperation with the Russian government and with the participation of relevant federal government agencies, called for "preparing and presenting proposals to develop and implement a national project aimed at nurturing a harmoniously developed and socially responsible individual based on traditional Russian spiritual and moral values." The deadline for submitting the proposals is set for July 1, 2024. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergey Kiriyenko have been appointed to oversee this project.
