Phone communications and internet services have gradually returned to various areas of the Gaza Strip in the early hours of Sunday morning. The Arab World News Agency reported that subscribers can now make calls and receive messages on their mobile phones, although the service is weak. The "NetBlocks" site confirmed the restoration of internet services in Gaza, stating that internet communications are returning after being disrupted since Friday. Communications and internet networks had completely ceased in the Gaza Strip since Friday evening when Israel intensified its aerial and artillery strikes and attempted a ground incursion into the territory.
