According to the meteorological service, the weather will be partly cloudy in the early hours, with dense fog at high altitudes and a further decrease in temperatures in mountainous and inland areas, falling below seasonal averages.
Clouds will gather progressively, and scattered showers are expected to begin in the afternoon, becoming more intense at times, especially in northern regions, accompanied by lightning, thunder, and active winds with the possibility of hail.
The likelihood of heavy rainfall increases during the evening and night, with a potential for flash flooding on some roads in the northern half of the country, while fog may impair visibility at mid-altitudes.
Global forecasts align with the Lebanese bulletin on the possibility of localized thunderstorms. AccuWeather suggests a 55% chance of rain in Beirut during the day and 94% at night, with wind gusts reaching up to 43 kilometers per hour.
Today's temperatures range between 25 and 31 degrees Celsius in Beirut, 22 to 31 degrees in Tripoli, and 22 to 31 degrees in Tyre, while Qartaba records between 16 and 24 degrees, and Zahle between 18 and 34 degrees.
Winds are southwesterly, speeding between 10 and 30 kilometers per hour, occasionally picking up and raising sea waves, while humidity levels on the coast range between 65% and 85%.
The unstable weather continues into Sunday morning, with potentially heavy rain in northern and southern regions, before gradually subsiding in the afternoon, and conditions stabilize by the evening.
