Turkey Records Record Numbers in Economic Sectors

Seven sectors within Turkish industries achieved the highest exports ever in the past year of 2023, according to a report published by the Anadolu Agency on Friday. According to data from the Turkish Exporters' Association, Turkey's exports increased by 0.6% last year compared to 2022, reaching 255 billion, 808 million, 922 thousand dollars, despite the earthquake disaster, regional wars, and their impacts. Although industrial exports declined due to global and national developments, record export figures were broken in some sub-sectors. Last year, the industrial sector accounted for 81.5% of Turkey's total exports.
