Minister of Economy Refers 50 Enforcement Records to Justice

Minister of Economy Amin Salam referred 50 enforcement records to justice today, Wednesday. These were drafted by the inspectors of the Consumer Protection Directorate in the ministry, against importers, sales points, generator owners, restaurants, and butcheries, due to documented violations of existing laws that protect consumer rights and criminalize harm to the livelihood of Lebanese citizens and manipulation of the prices and quality of goods.
