Based on reports from the National Center of Meteorology, and in order to ensure everyone’s safety, several educational administrations in Saudi Arabia have decided to shift from in-person classes to remote learning today, Sunday. The Education Administration in Riyadh, as well as those in the Eastern Province, Shuqaiq, Al-Dawadmi, and Afif, announced the suspension of in-person classes. Meanwhile, classes will continue through approved platforms for all students, as well as for the educational and administrative staff of the schools. The education departments clarified that the decision to suspend classes was due to the ongoing rainfall, in addition to the information received from the National Center of Meteorology, and to ensure everyone's safety.
