Raiding a Tourist Resort and Arresting a Drug Gang in Batroun

The General Directorate of State Security announced that "after receiving information about active gangs promoting drugs in the Batroun district, and following precise monitoring and surveillance, a patrol from the State Security Office in Batroun - Northern Regional Directorate, raided a chalet in one of the tourist resorts in the town of Ehden, and arrested 3 Syrians: (A.A), (A.A.), and (A.A.). Approximately 11,000 pills of narcotics and a quantity of powder used in drug manufacturing were seized from their possession." It was also noted that "they are being investigated under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
