The Czech news agency reported on Wednesday that the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Russian ambassador following the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny. The Russian prison service announced that Navalny, a former lawyer aged 47, lost consciousness and died on Friday while walking in the "Polar Wolf" penal colony in Khabarovsk, located about 1,900 kilometers northeast of Moscow, where he was serving a 30-year prison sentence.
