Ukraine's largest energy supply company, DTEK, reported today, Monday, that "power was cut off urgently in the Ukrainian port city of Odesa today after a Russian airstrike damaged one of the high-voltage facilities there." The company stated on the Telegram platform that "the situation remains difficult... to ease the load on the network, electric transport in the city will not operate today, and industrial consumption will also be limited." The Odesa administration reported that the city and region were attacked in multiple waves by drones launched by Russia, noting that four of them were shot down over the Odesa and neighboring Mykolaiv regions. The administration added that "the debris from the downed drone caused a fire at the electricity facility, which was extinguished immediately." The company stated that "power was restored this morning, Monday, to two areas of the city."
