Meanwhile, most Maronite leaders, despite their disagreements, have not obstructed the election sessions, agreed on the concept of a third option, and converged on a third candidate, while those who have disrupted the quorum of all sessions are the resistance. Those attempting to impose their candidate are the resistance, those rejecting the third option are the resistance, and those insisting on their candidate despite their inability to elect him are the resistance. Those refusing the open session in consecutive rounds are the resistance, and those who bear the responsibility for the vacancy are the resistance."
