Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree expanding the list of sanctions imposed on companies and individuals from Russia. Zelensky imposed sanctions on seven individuals, including citizens from Ukraine, Russia, Romania, and Israel, as well as against 86 institutions from Russia, most of which are industrial entities. The decree imposing sanctions on a list of individuals and institutions was published in supplementary additions to the Ukrainian sanctions document on Zelensky's website. The sanctions are set for a duration of three to ten years and include asset freezes, restrictions on business operations (and complete cessation of such operations), prohibitions on capital withdrawal from Ukraine, as well as bans on technology transfer, intellectual property rights, and suspension of economic and financial obligations.
