The envelope from the French embassy that reached the House of Representatives included two questions for the deputies to answer regarding their positions on the presidential election before the end of September. The message, signed by the French presidential envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian, indicated that "given the urgent need to exit the current political deadlock, which poses significant risks to the future of your country, I suggested inviting a meeting in September to develop a consensus on the challenges that the future President of the Republic must face, and the priority projects that he must undertake, as well as the necessary qualifications for that."
The message emphasized that "the meeting, which focuses exclusively on these issues, aims to create an atmosphere of trust and allow a session of the House of Representatives afterward, under favorable conditions to conduct open elections that can lead to a swift exit from this crisis."
The message included two questions, which the deputies are expected to answer: "What are, regarding your political team, the priority projects related to the presidential term over the next six years? And what are the qualities and competencies that the future President should possess in order to undertake these projects?"
