A federal judge has ordered American billionaire Elon Musk to testify again in the investigation conducted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regarding his acquisition of Twitter, granting both the regulatory agency and the billionaire one week to agree on a date and location for the interview. Judge Laurel Beeler issued the subpoena last night to formalize a preliminary ruling she made in December, which stated the regulatory agency's request. The SEC had filed a lawsuit against Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, in October to compel him to testify in its investigation into his purchase of the social media giant (Twitter) in 2022, which he renamed to "X."
