An Israeli report published by the Israeli Broadcasting Authority "Kan" stated that the majority of infiltration operations at the Lebanese border were carried out by activists of the "Islamic Jihad" movement who operate within the Radwan force affiliated with "Hezbollah." According to the report, "most of the infiltration operations at the Israeli-Lebanese border were executed by Palestinian activists at the beginning of the war in the Gaza Strip," while the Israeli security apparatus monitored Palestinian activists, mostly from the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, who function as an organized force within the Radwan unit of "Hezbollah."
According to "Kan," these activists wear "Hezbollah" uniforms, and in practice, "Hezbollah" has integrated hundreds of Palestinian activists from the Iranian-backed Islamic Jihad into its ranks, working under its command in its war against Israel at the border. "Kan" noted that the seven infiltration attempts since the onset of the war were carried out by Palestinian activists and not by Lebanese individuals.
