Israeli Estimates of al-Sinwar's Escape with Live Hostages to Egypt

Israel Hayom newspaper revealed today, Tuesday, that Israeli estimates suggest that Yahya al-Sinwar, a prominent Hamas leader, may have fled to Sinai with his brother and sister through one of the tunnels as the siege on Khan Younis intensified. According to the newspaper, al-Sinwar took with him several live hostages. The same source stated that Israel has information about the existence of eight tunnels through which vehicles can be transported across the Egyptian border.
