The Administration and Justice Committee, in a statement following a meeting led by its chairman, Deputy George Adwan, with the members of the council, decided to form a subcommittee to study a proposed law amending provisions of the military judiciary and the involvement of non-civilians in this court in various cases. The proposals mentioned will be compiled into a single report to be submitted to the Administration and Justice Committee once prepared.
Additionally, the committee discussed the issue of requests and the request for the floor during the discussions of its agenda and the necessity to define what constitutes a valid request for the floor and what falls outside of it. This aims to enhance the committee's work and focus on discussing its agenda. After the discussion, the committee members agreed to prepare a type of study on the matter and continue its discussion in a later session.
