Khalil Al-Hayya, the deputy head of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, revealed in an interview with Al Jazeera today, Monday, that "the ceasefire proposal agreed upon by the movement is an agreement consisting of three phases, each lasting 42 days." Al-Hayya added that the second phase of the agreement stipulates a complete Israeli withdrawal from Gaza.
