The Russian doctor emphasized that the health condition of teeth depends on a person's diet. He added, "In order to maintain a good health condition for the oral cavity, fish and seafood should be consumed. Nuts, carrots, and leafy vegetables can also be added to the diet, as they help remove tartar from the teeth." According to him, chicken and quail eggs are also beneficial for dental health. Additionally, hard fruits and vegetables ensure proper gum massage. He further stated, "Sweets are not always harmful. For example, honey and fruits are natural substances, so they should be part of a person's diet."
