State Security Begins Evacuation of Syrians from Areas in the North

The General Directorate of State Security announced in a statement that "after the escalation of security issues caused by Syrian refugees in some areas in the north, State Security patrols implemented the decision of the North Governor to inform Syrians who do not meet the conditions for displacement, work, or legal residence that they must vacate the homes and places they occupy." Syrians in Kfifan and Koba were informed of this decision, and those residing in the Bastan al-Ashi area were evacuated after being notified of the need to leave some time ago. The statement emphasized that "these procedures will continue until completion, in accordance with the decisions of the government, the Central Security Council, and the governors in various Lebanese regions."
