In a press statement, in response to a question about whether Moscow had submitted new demands to Kyiv after Istanbul, Peskov said, "Everyone understands well that the document was initialed, and statements by participants in these negotiations from the Ukrainian side revealed the true reason for this step, which is direct pressure from London."
