The preliminary communications suggest that it may take place in Riyadh or Doha, considering the significant changes that have occurred in Paris regarding the government and foreign ministry leadership. This comes while awaiting the formation of the new government, which will notably lack Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna. This situation could postpone the meeting until the new government is formed, which is believed to potentially happen over the upcoming weekend.
