Clashes occurred in the village of Lailawah in eastern Aleppo between the Al-Damalkha tribe and the "Hamza Division," an armed faction, after the faction's gunmen stormed the village and assaulted the residents. According to reports, intense clashes erupted on Monday, prompting the entry of what is referred to as the military police forces affiliated with the so-called "Syrian National Army" to intervene and resolve the conflict, resulting in the death of a police officer during the attempts to halt the fighting between the residents and the Hamza Division, known as the "Hamzats."

Local sources indicated that the clashes were sparked by members of the "Hamza Division" assaulting a shepherd, which led to his relatives attacking the faction's positions. The ensuing exchange of fire resulted in the death of a police officer and injuries to others, amidst reports of the Hamza Division storming civilian homes.
