National Security Minister Ben Gvir was hospitalized following a car accident while inspecting the Ramla operation. According to Ben Gvir's office: "In addition to the minister's injuries, his daughter was also injured in the accident, as well as his driver and personal aide." Israeli media reported that "initial examinations at the hospital revealed that Ben Gvir suffers from several rib fractures."
According to Hebrew media, Ben Gvir's injuries range from moderate to severe. He was taken to the same hospital where the Israeli victim was transported following the stabbing incident in Ramla. The minister's vehicle ran a red light at high speed, causing damage to more than one car and resulting in injuries.
The newspaper "Haaretz" reported: "Minister Ben Gvir has committed 76 traffic violations." Later, Ben Gvir's driver was dismissed from his position after being caught driving at approximately 156 km/h, which led to the minister's injuries.
