Manchester United player Christian Eriksen, who collapsed on the pitch with the Danish national team during Euro 2020, sent a message of support to Luton Town captain Tom Lockyer, who suffered a cardiac incident during his team's match against Bournemouth in the Premier League last Saturday. The match was suspended in the 65th minute with a score of 1-1 after Lockyer collapsed on the field with no players near him.
Eriksen, who experienced a cardiac arrest while playing for Denmark against Finland in June 2021, told Betfred, "First of all, I hope he is okay." He added, "I read and saw what happened, and I hope he is well, takes his time to recover, is healthy, and has his family there to support him. I pray that he will be alright."
