The Iraqi President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid and his accompanying delegation arrived today, Saturday, in the Iranian capital, Tehran. The media office of the President announced in a statement that "the President arrived in Tehran to offer condolences on the death of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Foreign Minister, and their companions."
