The representative of the "National News Agency" in Tebnine reported that after MP Ashraf Beydoun's communication with the relevant authorities, the Konin warehouse has been approved, instead of the Nabatieh warehouse, as the center for tobacco delivery in the remaining border villages, which are: Bint Jbeil, Aytaroun, Maroun al-Ras, Konin, Ainatha, Tayri, Beit Yahoun, and Yaroun. MP Beydoun affirmed his "ongoing follow-up with the relevant authorities to secure a safe route for the farmers of Ramia and some farmers who were unable to reach their towns and homes to transport and deliver the tobacco." He praised "the efforts made under these exceptional circumstances and the constructive cooperation between the Regie management and the farmers to expedite the delivery process and support the farmers, considering that tobacco seedlings represent resilience and support for the farmers along the border strip."
